Announces Sale of 1,000 VisTrac Units for Truck Fleet Deployment in Central America GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2000--American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:AMCI - news) announced today that Costa Rica-based SCCA Satellite Communications Central America has placed an initial order for 1,000 VisTrac(TM) satellite-based systems for tracking and monitoring truck fleets in Costa Rica and Panama.
AMCI Chairman and Vice President of Business Development, Stephen F. Watwood said: ``We are pleased with the relationship that has developed between SCCA and AMCI over the past two years. Mr. Watwood said this is the first of several orders expected from SCCA totaling 4,000 systems.
