somehow, i'm sure, all of this must be bullish for stocks.

three different oil "analysts" by coincidence, all decide on the same morning to downgrade oil stocks instead of doing the usual thing, which is raising target prices. why? they were wrong about oil all year long...probably their firms don't have enough oil stocks in their inventory, so we have now these 'coincidences'....
