al Technology 2.2M Shares Priced At $18.75 Each Dow Jones Newswires NEW YORK -- An offering of 2.2 million common shares of Signal Technology Corp. (STCO) was priced at $18.75 each through underwriters led by Needham & Co. The size of the offering was unchanged. Gross spread is $1.05, selling concession is 63 cents and reallowance is 10 cents. Delivery is scheduled for Aug. 29. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate and working capital purposes, including future acquisitions.
