good idea. Bubba goes to Africa to whine to about oil prices. he still doesn't get it...they have no capacity left and there are no tankers left to transport the stuff. somehow everybody seems to think that OPEC has a sort of magical switch that only needs to be thrown and presto, oil will come down...
