Thanks for the link. "Co Lo 2.0" pretty much sums up the unique EQIX value proposition. No need to go overboard with this one. Just pick up a few shares and tuck them away. Five years later you'll discover you own one of the key paradigm companies of the Internet century. The proper way to view EQIX is that it is the first "Cyber REIT". As the Epoch report states "by creating and fostering a community of high-value users, Equinix has a license to 'manufacture' beach front property that other suppliers of data center space do not." Keep that analogy in mind and the case for EQIX becomes clear.
