WOW!!! How do I get involved in that land-exchange program!!!!???? Buy property from one Federal Agency at market price on one day, and then turning around and selling it to another agency for 5 times my purchase price the very next day. I love it!!! That is until I realize that's my tax dollars being used.. But hey.. so long as I'm being paid with someone else's tax dollars, it's not the same, right?
