Yujin, I'm glad to hear the idea of spinning off Digidesign is being considered. I never received a response from their investor relations department on the subject. I haven't investigated the state of Softimage, but from what you say it sounds like that division is really struggling. Even if all other divisions are doing well, if you have just one division losing money it puts a serious drag on the stock price. AVID is an extreme case where only one division makes money, so it is no wonder the stock price performance is poor. I used to own AVID stock but I sold after it become obvious they don't have what it takes to make money. I think they have great products, though. -Jay
