Carranza. On HDR rates. This is the extent of the info I've seen. Operators that buy expensive unneded spectrum are simply paying extra taxes to Euro governments. They will be OK until they must compete with an operator who simply switches existing spectrum over to CDMA. I suppose the Euro Socialist governments may protect the newly fleeced operators by preventing CDMA from entering Europe. JohnG
