IMHO GWBush and his fathers tax cuts..., if they go through as presented..., would require that interest rates be raised substantially to offset their inflationary effects.

There are no wars schedualed that I'm aware of...!

But perhaps the defense purchases are by hawks in the hope that he gets elected and raises the military industrial spending programs.

With the end of deregulation.., the electricity producers are now growth stocks with some dividend returns.
