We got married in 1981 in the Glass Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes (Swedenborgian- but they'll marry anyone). It's designed by Wright- and it is a marvel of architectural beauty blending harmoniously with some spectacular natural beauty. My parents were married there too. Our reception was on the SS Princess Louise, which later sank in Long Beach. I hoped (when it sank) that it wasn't an omen- but it happened long ago, and it doesn't seem to have been.
