Information on MTSN from MSDW

· We believe MTSN is gaining share in the move to 300mm wafers, as MTSN is winning more than 50% of 300mm projects.
· We believe MTSN is close to securing a new 300mm customer for its CVD product.
· We believe the integration of MTSN, Steag, and CFM is progressing well, and the deal could close before the previously announced date of Jan, 2001.
· The combined entity should be stronger than the sum-of-parts. With the acquisitions, MTSN transforms from a niche player to a top tier equipment supplier.
