hi gott

"BTW, cleansweep did not monitor installation"

same here! and i noticed that. also, cs didn't monitor my recent netscape download, unless "AOL" was what it was titled, because it did pop up saying that it had monitored the install of a program called that.

i then attempted to look further into what this "AOL" was (keeping in mind who now owns netscape), but cs wasn't letting me learn more about it. do you know how to get the skinny on what a program is when it's listed in cs?

i actually have it on my 'to-do' list to post to symantec about cs's recent lack of monitoring. it helps to have heard this from you, also

:)
