It looks like we have a date for the Elastic Networks IPO. After reading a message on Stockhouse, I found this at Hoover's Online.

Filing Date: Jun 29, 2000
Expected IPO Date: Sep 4, 2000

Now this is Labour Day, so they must mean the week of Sep 4. That just the week after next!
