What do you think about the reaction or maybe the correct word is the amount of sales that will come from people in larger towns? I have no experience there. I assume the people living in these towns have access to large shopping centers. On the other hand, the traffic may be a deterrent. Do you have a feel for this? Glenn, I don't think it makes a huge difference, especially as the next several years roll by. Buying online is more convenient even in the larger towns. Certain people and certain items will always do best with in-person shopping, but the majority of purchasers and products are best (and cheapest, especially with today's effective tax-free loophole for interstate customers) bought online. That's where the deepest discounts are found, in general. I think your comments on the buying you do online, and why you do so (convenience, to address your laziness (which is probably in reality just efficiency and not you being lazy)) gives great evidence for why online retail will likely grow very strongly for a long time to come, and why Amazon.com is not done with their high growth phase yet. I still think the annual sales for CY2000 will surprise people. Should be interesting to see; their first $1B quarter is not far off. Randy
