Mr. Pinkernell makes his money primarily through arbitrage between the U.S. and German exchanges and by charging a small fee for executing trades.

It ain't just on the Hamburg exchange that they arb this stuff. Note that if you call up a quote for BIFS at RB, you'll be told that it trades on the "International Three Exchanges".

LPS5 from Gene's thread checked this out, and learned that anything that's quoted on the OTCBB or Pinks here can also, upon request, be quoted on a couple of German exchanges....
