This could become a serious issue for Intel at higher clock speeds. At 2,0 Ghz the P4 would consume up to 95(!) watts. I think the special cooling techniques for such high power consumption will be a major headache for OEMs. Just saw another picture of a P4 heat sink + fan at Tom's Hardware:

I don't think the OEMs (and customers) will like that.
