Hi JF3,

After a more thorough analysis of the S-1, I've decided to back away from this one. The most salient issue is that the company was advising that one of the most significant uses for the proceeds of the offering would be to hire more sales staff. This was a dissappointment to me, I would have preferred a R&D expense, plant growth, or acquisitions. What came through to me was that this company doesn't have enough customers to be profitable and that, to my simple mind, is a real problem. :)
