Thanks for the link. I tend to avoid the Yahoo boards because of the incessant bashing.

I had always wondered about those 144's.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is that management might have issued a brief press release explaining this as well. It would've saved a lot of us shareholders some of our doubts.
