Hi Mike, Good to see you back and I'm glad you had a good time. Its always fun to get away, especially to San Francisco. I took the plunge today and splurged on an oexut...spent a whole $500. Sometimes putting a bit on the table makes the market more interesting, even if it is just a small bit. Weather is still gorgeous here. I have never seen a summer like this. It is just perfect. And people think it rains in Seattle... Again, welcome back. Hope you get caught up soon. Susan
