Bilow... Things must really not be going your way in this debate. I see anger in the tone of your posts now that I didn't see before. I think the Rambusdroids are beginning to break you down and you are becoming frustrated. My answer to your post is that they do own SDRAM technology and are entitled to royalties. But rather than going back to collect for years past why not make a deal going forward with their partners so they can both move forward in good faith. Diplomacy and bargaining Bilow. Make friends, not enemies. You know the old saying, "you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar"
