I've been writing for awhile that MSFT is toast.... made Mr. Smithee (who can often be found on this thread) rather mad at me. They have a great financial position, and they are doing ok in the Net eyeball arena (now that the market values that less highly). But I don't see how the rest of the business thrives as a non-monopoly. Old habits will die hard, and compensation will become an issue now that the stock options have ceased being so valuable.

If somebody really can't find a better LTB&H investment, they aren't looking hard enough.
