SDL Inc (SDLI) 411 7/8 +10 7/8: -- Update -- Retreats 3 points after hours following news that Justice Dept has requested more information on the JDS Uniphase (JDSU)/SDLI merger; news is not much of a surprise, however, and does not necessarily indicate that the merger is in jeopardy.
