A suggestion, of the type "Got Lawyer?"
First, if your post was completely fabricated out of thin air,
as in not based on information obtained from the sources
that you have stated, then no problem for me.
But, if what you have posted on SI and copied here
is based on an accurate translation of information
that you have received from Global employees
that represent management and/or its officers,
then the determination of whether or not this
company Global gave out Insider Information
to you can be determined through a review
of past recent official Global news releases
to determine if that information obtained
by you and presented in your post
could have been extrapolated using
only the facts of those recent news releases
and the time duration from then to now.
If not, then its was Insider Information
released by Global to you, and if so
then legal action is warrant against Global.
To make it clear, the only additional information
allowed to be used with the last prior official
company news releases that represent a status
of information released by the company is the
time durations between news releases,
and not anything available through avenues
like SI, this RB and any other outlets of
information not officially sponsored by Global
to release news on its status that can be used
for any buy/hold/sell activity.
Current shareholders might well be concerned
not so much for your involvement, but very much
more so towards Global's actions here if the
investigation concludes with a presents or
possibility of Insider Information released by Global
as per your post.
