Hi happy henry; Here's the 1GHz DDR200, 800MHz DDR200 and 800MHz PC133 (all Athlon) results. They're pretty clearly labeled in English, though some of the text is hard to read. I've bold faced the percent improvements for 800MHz DDR over 800MHz SDRAM. This first group only looks at the 800MHz results, and bring to mind the similar sort of synthetic results one gets with RDRAM compared to SDRAM. I would think they didn't include the 1GHz DDR results becaue they would be quite similar to the 800MHz DDR results: StreamD DRAM to CPU Bandwidth 800MHz DDR200 to 800MHZ PC133 Copy32 Copy64 Scale Add Triad 400 300 34% 460 380 57% 540 390 84% 610 330 85% 540 330 62% watch.impress.co.jp These are more general purpose benchmarks, and naturally the percentage improvements are a lot less.
