geez carl. Don't you READ what I write? Are you not getting enough sleep? LOL. You can't safely claim ownership (ie., litigate, ask for licensing fees etc.) of IP before the patent is ISSUED. You can TRY, but any lawyer that offers to litigate that for you is suspect & ought to be included in that joke: "what do you call 100 lawyers lying at the bottom of the sea?" BP
