"Will that change during the day?"

i believe that internet use increases towards the evening hours. this despite all the people who use it all day long at work. for instance, aol used to be notorious for dial-up busy signals from about 5pm on.

i notice a bit of a slow down on sunday evening with my cable modem.

so i'll say that the speed will be best during the day, but the difference may not be all that noticeable.

and that's my final answer.

:)
