RESEARCH ALERT-CSFB starts Jazztel as buy: Friday August 25, 5:18 am Eastern Time r LONDON, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Credit Suisse First Boston said on Friday it had started coverage of Jazztel , a Madrid-based telecoms firm and Internet service provider, with a "buy" recommendation and a $47 price target. The firm's ADRs closed in New York on Thursday at $23. ``We believe market concerns on future funding and the recent expansion of the business plan are exaggerated and have created a compelling buying opportunity,'' the bank said in a research note. It added that strong management team was successfully increasing the customer base, while the firm was also migrating customers to higher revenue direct connections. Hit 52 week low on 8/23 @21 and trading up in Europe. I don't own any JAZZ.
