President of VP Exploration. First employee of the Company. Preserved the data set so its predecessor company could carry on. Also gave me an understanding of contractor’s perspective of data acquisition.

Started company that involved putting deals together for overrides in the Gulf Mexico; did market studies for Boeing’s concept, to time-share their computers to the oil industry. This helped develop a unique understanding of industry. Also performed as Quality Control person. Did market research for companies and foreign operations in Argentina,Belize, Aruba, Nigeria and Israel.
Hunt Oil Company
Vice President and General Manager. Managed their seismic program and the drilling of one well. Started in Guyana, acquired jungle seismic data and moved a rig into the southern part of Guyana via Venezuela and Brazil. Managed operations in Ethiopia and directed the initial program of Hunt’s in Niger.
Pecten Senegal, Ltd.
Consultant. Worked as a Resident Manager and performed the complete spectrum of duties from government approvals to banking and accounting functions, and carried out special instructions from their head office. During drilling period, worked with logistics and warehouse inventory. Set up and ran all onshore operations as well as set up and attended meetings between Pecten lawyers and government entities for additions to drilling contracts. Worked as liaison between a Pecten study group on heavy oil potential in the Dome Flore area offshore Senegal.
