The hi/lo differential, in the manner I plot it, has not yet given a buy signal for the medium term. It's a very strict standard. However it has flattened and in the same manner that indicator values of the hi/lo gave early and accurate signals before the last rally in early June...those signals are once again at or on the verge of giving buy signals here. I'm speaking of the indicator values, not the more conservative hi/lo. It's still early and not a sure thing but I thought I would mention it. They are merely a couple of the myriad of considerations.
