Given Dr. Zwans Previous Problems I Would Think This Is Another Step In The Right Direction

This should put further distance between DIGL and any SEC problems.

Could be people less familiar with the situation did not understand.

Dr. Zwan is still the largest DIGL stockholder. If he should decide to divest his shares quickly that could depress market.
