SI attorneys I bet are some of the best around, brilliant idea SI and the threads and I’m sure their legal team is confident that they have this issue under control. (I happened to think the fraud on SI is out of control) But I look for the loophole. In this case 2 things are different.

1. I believe that Pluvia’s thread and AP thread are tightly monitored and subpoenaed correspondence would prove this so IMO. They are a few of the most controversial posters on SI and they are watched - I would bet on it. The inability to monitor content I think would/could be put to rest is internal documents proved this true. As for responsibility that’s the key I believe needs to be challenged here.

2. There is a FEE to join SI or there used to be. It’s a different content than AOL. Etc.…

Listen I always keep and open mind and have profited greatly in these loopholes that I find.

I’m letting this one go and you can be right.
