Well if you really want to look at a Cup and Handle try MVSN. Pivot point was $91 1/8. Broke out (8/17) on over 150% average volume and is now up $11. BRCM's breakout volume hasn't been great enough and it's handle fell over 20% from the pivot point. Not the kind of handle nor the kind of breakout you would want. If you are trying to make the cup left side high (7/17) the period since then is to short for a cup and handle and all the above mentioned also apply. Yes, there are exit strategies. You'll have to read his books to figure them out.
