Someone probably knew this had arrived, or was coming, which was just reported this morning:

08:36 ET SDL Inc (SDLI) 411 7/8: Announced that the Justice Department has requested more information on company's merger with JDS Uniphase (JDSU). While news does not necessarily indicate that the merger is in jeopardy, SDLI shares have fallen 10 pts in pre-market.
