A exponential growth in world wide economic activity...will in my view result in inflation the kind we saW in the 60.s and 70.s as the kondratief plateau period foreseen by dat russian as being with us the last part of the century draws to a close....gold and the US stock market IMHO will soar together....helping with that idea is that it is such a minority view....yet on my side is that vast hoard of new consumers entering the pipeline from the other side of the planet.....The US stock market is in the process of discounting that scenario as we speak....a hint of things to come was most revealed in a small way by the Japanese experience....their stock market soared...their inflation went with it.....wat i expect in the US market will make the Japanes experience look like childs play in comparison.....the dows very low divisor will make it much easier for that scenario to unfold...yes I know the divisor knife cuts both ways...and it eventually will but not until the prechters of the world finally find GAWD.....
