Jim, I have been reading this thread. I also own some DBCC and will probably increase my allocation after the next fomc meeting. I realize you are a very educated man, and you probably already checked the SEC filings; but, if you didn't, you should go to StockSmart and hit the top institutional owner, top 5%, etc.. You will note that The Robert Fleming Co has increased thier holdings in Feb. and Capital Group in March. Both by over 2 million shrs. Other companies have increased their holdings by significant percentages as well. Comments of a constructive nature are welcome, be nice. Luck to all .Jeff
