Please try reading the posts before assuming that you know what's in them. If one only looks at a reporting service for insider sales, you miss the picture. You need to go to both the proxy and to Edgar, placing the trades in the perspective of option appreciation, option exercise price, option expiration date, and the total shares and options beneficially owned. If you can't take the time to either read both the proxy and the Edgar posts or to review the previous posts in this thread relating the issue, why pop in here playing the role of expert?
