Paul or thread, I think that I read recently that the P4 crossover date where more P4's are shipped than P3's should take place sometime in Q3 2001. Does this sound accurate to you, or do you think it sounds early considering Intel probably needs .13um to really start cranking out high volumes?

According to Barrett, .13 should come on line in mid 2001 and obviously it won't mature for a while.
Also, do you know if Intel will go with .13um and 300mm wafers and copper all at the same time?
