Okay...I didn't want to have to go here...again...because it is so insignificant....but here's the way it trickles down: 'Sexual' implies/means 'Reproductive'... I don't think Mr. Clinton was in a 'reproductive' engagement with 'that woman'. He/they had 'intimate relations', but they were not 'sexual' in the true sense of the word...Reproductive sex/intercourse/coitus, bla, blah. That's why I agree with his statement, "I did not have sexual relations...with that woman...Ms. Lewinsky" It all depends on what the word 'sexual' means... I think it refers to reproductive contact...not _any 'activity' that merely involves the 'sexual organs'. If they would have both said that they did have 'intercourse', then Clinton would have been untrue when he made the above statement...and that was never stated, in fact, Monica never said she had intercourse with him...so, the whole thing is about oral stimulation and ejaculation...which is not 'reproductive' and therefore, not Exactly..."SEXUAL". I'll leave it there...just my opinion-
