ATTENTION Primus’s customer: check out your Primus Bills. They may over charge you by as much as 45%. Here is what my friend 's experience with them:

When he signed up with Primus as his long distance provider, Primus told him that his international calls to China will be charged at 0.399/min. In addition, Primus promised him that his rate would be dropped if there is any rate reduction by Primus in future.

Several months ago, Primus reduced their published rate from 0.399/min to 0.299/min. However, Primus not only did not reduce the rate for him, but also increased his rate from 0.399 to 0.5/min without any notice. This is a typical consumer fraud.

If you are a primus customer, please check out the rates they charged to your calls and their published rates. If they over charged you, you can make your complain to FCC or take a consumer fraud class action to Primus. My friend has reported Primus’s fraud to FCC and asked FCC to investigate Primus’s billing practice.

For complain to FCC:
