Disclaimer- I don't own nor follow SCMR. It would seem to me that component shortages are not the largest problem that faces them. It sort of reminds me of what happened to CIEN a couple of years ago when AT&T (LU) failed to follow thru. This time it is Williams. One trick ponies always have trouble--till they learn more tricks- thestreet.com
