Those are four American music forms which really give quite a slice of the musical foundation for where we are at. Rock and all the other stuff flowed from these four. There's a whole lotta pain, heart, soul and love in this collection. After this I'd practice making a fool out of yourself several times a day to yourself and then advance onto others. And if this doesn't break down the ego enough to loosen you up, I'd simply recommend you simply shake, rattle and roll. I have so many personally funny stories which seal my humility. Why just this year I have found myself in the woman's rest room on three separate occasions. You get to perceiving things differently and weird things tend to happen. Story of my life. The laughter, joy and happy foundation of this New Age speak has it's roots in personal humility. Peace. .
