sec.gov Make no mistake. I'm not leaving this alone nor should anyone else IMO. Someone out there committed a crime by supplying this piece of false news to the wire services. The degree of culpability of those news services is another question to be determined in the civil suits to follow. I for one would not mind seeing some heads roll in the "news business" for their behavior in this and other matters. However, a part of the school of hard knocks is that when you commit a highly visible crime, the suits at the SEC love to string up as many scalps as they can to prove their worth. We'll see, I'll be filling out the form when I get back from my brokerage office. I wonder if any market makers are having second thoughts about what they've done. Stay tuned.
