Mark, I guess there's no way of knowing how successful Zeev's been with his trading, but it doesn't really matter. The boards are full of people who say they've made big killings in one stock or another, but at least some of them are probably stroking their own egos.
Zeev's always maintained that Valence could suffer a dramatic drop if the market heads south, or any number of other events occur, so he's made capital preservation his major concern. I can't argue with that, but I think the majority of us longs have a little more confidence in the stock than he has. Contrary to the charge by some that we're just fanatical believers, I think most of us can clearly see the continuing progress being made by the company, which is why we're here.
Where people like Larry are off the track is in their repeated charge that 'the company has failed to live up to expectations' or failed to perform, etc. He loves to quote FMK's past projections to make his point. But I, for one, am not worried about a specific time limit. Sure, it's taken longer than we anticipated, but so what? It's happening as we post. Millions of $$ worth of additional production machinery will be arriving, and why? Do the detractors believe that Lev, the BOD, and the institutions who've put up millions in cash would go along with this if they thought it will all be for nothing? As Lev said on the last cc, "we have people crawling all over us asking us to increase our capacity". Larry et al should give some thought to whom they're betting against!
