I view MERCS as having a fixed capacity, excepting the opportunity to up Rosenthal to 350 with a specific investment.
the real driver is pulp price.
purpose of exercise is to do a rational analysis and optain the present value of future earnings to see what they're worth in the form of share price.
In a case like mercs its more appropiate to put in the capacities with cost and revenue projections and peg growth at zero.
share value with growth stocks(and less capital intesive industries) comes mainly from the growth component in DCF analysis. Not appropiate here.
One thing not factored is when tax loss carryforwards run out (they've got a lot but it will effect, think they'll run out in 3-5 yrs)
