Hi, Peter - Welcome to the "dialogue". It's over-whelming, isn't it? :-)
Barron's indicates that Clinton has proposed a 40% cut in reimbursements for home oxygen, which would significantly effect LNCR. Any ideas on how to keep abreast of budget negotiations that would effect Medicare payments? Not until that issue is resolved will LNCR move out of its trading range, IMHO. Bob in Vermont
