Yogi --- this is still only about 1/2 of where I sold. I had hopes the new CEO would do or say something,,, WRONG! Looks like they are just playing farmer (milking). I bought MORE DHF today. As soon as it gets close to 9 I get an 'alert' and start buying. Not quite as good (by a long shot) as MT used to pay but 15.5% is still pretty good... Looking for another REIT. Holding LHO and will add on any drop but will buy 1 or 2 more. The profits from trades go into these issues and all divs are still being reinvested... I keep watching for a reason to get back into MT but the longer it takes to move up the less faith I have in their ability....
