I would like to know how many shares are out? I spoke with Willie Rasmussen who is involved in this and with EDM, Emerald Dragon Mines in putting these together several months ago and had the impression something good was in store for both of them. EDM has 2.7 million shares out and is mentioned on the 5 million shares or less thread. The problem comes because financing has dried up post Bre-X so new deals are hard to do. My impression of W.R. was very favorable however. Hopefully someone can post some more details on share structure at least. Thanks. W.R.'s # is 604 8771314
