You have to remember that the MM's don't always have it that easy either. It may seem that they will always profit on something like today, but they also take big risks just as we do. They need to make an orderly market and sometimes that can mean having to take on more risk to make this happen. For example if the news was real (which they also don't really know) then they have to react to the situation just as we do. If they guess right then they make a killing, but they can also guess wrong. Anyway I think people should put things in perspective.
