wbone: VIX has been in the low .20's, which as you know a bearish reading, relatively speaking. Technicians have to look at all of the indicators, since the technicals are virtually always mixed to some degree at all times. I would be more concerned about the VIX if my other indicators were showing bearish divergences or negative readings, but they aren't.

What is your interpretation of the VIX now and also the other technicals?
