Late SEC filings took institutional ownership for 2Q up to nearly 5.2 million shares out of 7.2 million. About 72%. The increase in holdings for the Q was over 3.7 million. lionshares.com [You have to register at this site for complete access. But it is worth the effort.] These figures would not include the 2.0 million share private placement. Yesterday I asked IR who the buyers were and they decline comment so we will have to await the S1 filing. ij
